 New
Employee Orientation Programs are on-going to assist new employees in understanding
the businesses, their jobs and work environment. On a three to six month basis,
the colleagues assigned by the company will closely work with the new employees to
ensure they have all the information and resources and are well prepared for
their daily operations.

are offered the regular and irregular training programs which cover professional
skills and managerial skills training programs. Depending on the capability and
interests, employees who are ready for the challenge will be assigned to take
the new job opportunities
overseas.
